Car Insurance Policy

ABC's new Car Insurance policy offers Comprehensive and Third Party, Fire and Theft cover for the private motorist. Launched in September 2007, it provides customers with excellent policy cover, competitive prices and a quality claims service.

The Car Insurance policy is a full cycle EDI private car policy which is initially available via two leading broker software houses, SSP and CDL, with a third to follow later in the year. Brokers have a choice of two products both offering the same level of cover; one with a lower commission level passing on the benefit in the form of a cheaper price to the customer. The policy cover will include physical assault benefits as a result of ‘road rage' and ‘car jacking' as standard.
Premiums are based on individual driver characteristics, their driving history and vehicle information. In addition, the policy can be tailored to the customers individual requirements with a range of options including policy cover, voluntary excess, class of use and no claim discount protection.

Our claims service goes the extra mile. Committed to doing the right thing for our customers, we settle claims quickly and get our policyholders back on the road as soon as possible. ABC provides a 24 hour claims helpline and a courtesy car with our Comprehensive policy at no extra cost when customers use one of our approved repairers.
