ABC Announces Expansion of Commercial Package Sales and Service Centre
ABC Insurance, part of the LV= Group, today announced it is doubling the size of its commercial sales and customer service centre. The fast growing team, based in Croydon at ABC's head office, provides the sales and support service for all brokers selling ABC's commercial insurance packages.
ABC launched its commercial packages in February this year and, due to exceptional interest in the products, is already expanding the support team to maintain its service levels.
The packages, available for Shop, Property Owners and Offices & Surgeries, have been price benchmarked against the direct offerings in the market place to offer extremely competitive premiums coupled with a good level of cover.
The products are supported by a first rate customer service team. The calibre and technical experience of the staff being recruited reflects the importance ABC places on providing a top class service to all of its brokers.
The team is managed by Kevin Hawkins, who joined ABC in 2007. He is assisted by Ann Havey, who brings over 15 years' of customer service management experience to the team, gained with AIG, Direct Line and in-house at LV=.

ABC plans to launch three further package products by the end of 2008.
