ABC Insurance, part of the LV= Group, has appointed Stephanie Mercieca as Broker Operations Manager. Stephanie will have responsibility for service delivery and developing and managing the operational infrastructure.
 
Stephanie has previously held operational management roles with RBS Insurance, Chubb Insurance and Axa Assistance.
