Introduction To ABC

ABC commenced trading in May 2007. Since then we have gone on to build a new insurance business underwriting personal and commercial insurance products exclusively through insurance brokers.

We have an experienced and ambitious management team and together with the backing of LV=, we expect to become a major player in our chosen markets and remain a stable trading partner for brokers.

ABC has gone from strength to strength by focussing on building strong relationships with like minded brokers and delivering products and services which meet the customer's needs. We believe that we offer a genuine alternative, bringing the virtues of a mutual to the broker market together with professional management already experienced in the channel 

A key part of our strategy is the entry of LV= into the broker market. We have chosen to do this by the creation of a new brand, ABC Insurance. This is headed by Phil Bunker, formerly Managing Director at NIG. Having launched in May 2007, ABC services the needs of customers who choose to buy their insurance products through insurance brokers.

We offer a wide range of personal and commercial insurance products which will be introduced over the next 2 years. Our first product, Business Insurance, is a commercial combined policy targeting the SME market. This was followed by the launch of our full cycle EDI Car Insurance policy in September 2007. In February 2008 we launched a new range of commercial package insurance policies - Shops, Property Owners, Offices & Surgeries Insurance.

Based in Croydon, we are developing a UK wide branch network to service brokers. Most importantly, we are committed to the broker channel and developing strong relationships with like minded brokers. Through a series of broker focus groups we are investing time in listening and understanding your needs to make sure that we deliver products and services which closely match your requirements.
