ABC Insurance is a new name in the insurance sector, but we have long established roots.

ABC is a trading style of the Liverpool Victoria Group of Companies. Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society (LVFS) was established in 1843.  LVFS recently re-branded as LV=, is the UK's largest friendly society and a leading provider of financial services products.
 
As a new market entrant we appreciate that it is important for brokers and their customers to have confidence in our long term financial strength and security.

The following provides you with summary information about our parent and also provides access to the Group's Annual Report and Accounts.
 
LVFS is a mutual organisation with no shareholders, which exists for the benefit of its members and customers. Here are some of the key results from the 2007 Annual Report & Accounts.
